- 2 grated zucchini
- 200 g mushrooms sliced
- 150 g yoghurt
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 cup cornoil
- 1 cup self raising flour
- 150 g crumbled feta cheese
- 150 g grated parmesan
- salt (according to taste)
- 1-2 table spoon mint, fresh oregano
- 1 tablespoon olive oil for sautéing

- Grate the zucchini.
- Cut the mushrooms into thin slices and saute with a little olive oil in a pan.
- Add zucchini in the pan and cook it for a minute.
- Salt the mixture while in the pan.
- Mix all ingredients together and make a thick batter.
- Grease well the cake pan.
- Pour the thick batter in the cake pan and bake at 180°C until golden brown. It takes about 50 minutes depending on the oven.
