Today’s recipe is ideal to recycle whatever cake you want, brioche or even a new year’s cake!

- 500 gr chocolate cake ,
- 420 gr cream cheese ,
- 200 gr caster sugar ,
- 60 gr honey ,
- 1 tsp vanilla extract

- Crumble the cake into a bowl. ,
- Beat the cream cheese in a mixer, until light and fluffy. ,
- Sift the caster sugar into a small bowl. ,
- Add the honey, vanilla extract and caster sugar to the mixer and beat. ,
- When combined, gradually add the crumbled cake and start to mix with your hands. ,
- Add it in batches, incorporating each batch, until you get a compact mixture. It should not be too thick ,
- Cover bowl in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour. ,
- When ready, shape mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. It will be easier to shape if you moisten your hands with water. ,
- For a perfect result, refrigerate the balls for 8-12 hours or overnight. ,
- Roll them on the decoration of your choice and serve
