Today’s recipe is ideal to recycle whatever cake you want, brioche or even a new year’s cake!

  • 420 gr cream cheese

  • 200 gr caster sugar

  • 60 gr honey
  • ,
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
To decorate Colorful sprinkles, colored sugar, candy, nuts, grated coconut, etc

  • Crumble the cake into a bowl.

  • Beat the cream cheese in a mixer, until light and fluffy.
  • ,
  • Sift the caster sugar into a small bowl.
  • ,
  • Add the honey, vanilla extract and caster sugar to the mixer and beat.
  • ,
  • When combined, gradually add the crumbled cake and start to mix with your hands.
  • ,
  • Add it in batches, incorporating each batch, until you get a compact mixture. It should not be too thick
  • ,
  • Cover bowl in plastic wrap and refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • ,
  • When ready, shape mixture into small balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. It will be easier to shape if you moisten your hands with water.
  • ,
  • For a perfect result, refrigerate the balls for 8-12 hours or overnight.
  • ,
  • Roll them on the decoration of your choice and serve
