I am back and I need to get back to my diet routine so I just had this orange – carrot smoothie for breakfast! Not only for the vitamins but also for the beta carotene for tanning dosage.
Ingredients
3 oranges (juice and zest)
3 organic, shredded carrots
1/2 cup apple juice
3-4 ice cubes (optional)
Directions
Place all other ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
(*Note: if this is not sweet enough for you, you can adjust by adding a little or honey)
