Vegan chestnut smoothie

Smoothies are the best way to begin your day by getting a lot of beneficial ingredients for your health, all inside a large glass. In the following recipe, also suitable for gym freaks, combine the winter’s superfood, id est chestnuts, with nutritious peanut butter, banana and coconut milk.

  • 50 g chestnuts, boiled
  • 1 banana
  • ½ of glass coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon agave syrup (or honey, if you are not a vegan)
  • Cinnamon (as much as you like)


Place all ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth.
