A bowl that will give you energy for the day. You can prepare the oats with the honey and milk from the night before, to infuse and take this creamy texture, like a rice paddy.
Overnight oats will save you time from breakfast preparations, if you always hurry in the morning before you go to work.
- 1 cup oats
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 6 pecan
- 1/2 banana, sliced
- 1/5 pineapple,sliced
- 4 grapes, halved
- 1 tablespoon goji berries
- Put oats, milk and honey in a bowl and mix well.
- Put the remaining ingredients on top of the mixture and serve.
