White Chocolate and Cranberries Salami

June is the right season for any kind of chocolate salami! Today I am gonna figure out a white version of a typical salami recipe.



Ingredients

  • 250 g. butter at room temperature

  • 180 g. white chocolate
  • ,
  • 1 package milk sweetened
  • ,
  • 400 g digestive biscuits
  • ,
  • 100 g. grated coconut
  • ,
  • 150 g. dried cranberries

Instructions

  • Cut the chocolate into small cubes.
  • ,
  • Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler.
  • ,
  • Once melted remove from heat and add the sweetened milk.
  • ,
  • Add the biscuits cut into medium chunks, not crushed.
  • ,
  • Add coconut and cranberries and mix well.
  • ,
  • When this mixture is ready, leave it on the kitchen counter to cool, and then transfer it to a cake pan
  • ,
  • Place it in the freezer for 3 hours to freeze thoroughly and serve.
  • ,
  • Store in freezer.
