June is the right season for any kind of chocolate salami! Today I am gonna figure out a white version of a typical salami recipe.

- 250 g. butter at room temperature ,
- 180 g. white chocolate ,
- 1 package milk sweetened ,
- 400 g digestive biscuits ,
- 100 g. grated coconut ,
- 150 g. dried cranberries

- Cut the chocolate into small cubes. ,
- Melt butter and chocolate in double boiler. ,
- Once melted remove from heat and add the sweetened milk. ,
- Add the biscuits cut into medium chunks, not crushed. ,
- Add coconut and cranberries and mix well. ,
- When this mixture is ready, leave it on the kitchen counter to cool, and then transfer it to a cake pan ,
- Place it in the freezer for 3 hours to freeze thoroughly and serve. ,
- Store in freezer.
