  • 150 gr margarine, melted, at room temperature

  • 3 big eggs

  • 50 gr almonds sliced

  • 50 gr cranberries
  • ,
  • 2 vanilla
  • ,
  • 200 gr strained yogurt

  • 250 gr self raising flour
  • ,
  • 1 pinch salt

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 170 ° C, at resistors to bake the cake. Grease and flour a long cake form.

  • In the mixer bin put the sugar, melted margarine, eggs, vanilla and salt. Beat in high speed for 4 minutes, to melt the sugar. Add the yoghurt and beat the mixture to homogenize.

  • Stop the mixer and add the flour, almonds and cranberries. Do not beat it, just blend the mixture thoroughly with a silicone spatula.

  • Pour the mixture into the mold and bake the cake for 50 minutes.
