- 150 gr margarine, melted, at room temperature ,
- 3 big eggs ,
- 50 gr almonds sliced ,
- 50 gr cranberries ,
- 2 vanilla ,
- 200 gr strained yogurt ,
- 250 gr self raising flour ,
- 1 pinch salt

- Preheat the oven to 170 ° C, at resistors to bake the cake. Grease and flour a long cake form. ,
- In the mixer bin put the sugar, melted margarine, eggs, vanilla and salt. Beat in high speed for 4 minutes, to melt the sugar. Add the yoghurt and beat the mixture to homogenize. ,
- Stop the mixer and add the flour, almonds and cranberries. Do not beat it, just blend the mixture thoroughly with a silicone spatula. ,
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake the cake for 50 minutes. ,
