- 4 tablespoons basil pesto ,
- 1/2 avocado cut into thin slices ,
- 2 radishes cut into thin slices ,
- 200 g parmesan cheese ,
- 3-5 leaves of mint
Instructions

- Roll out the dough into whatever shape we want and spread over the basil pesto ,
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese on top ,
- Bake in a well preheated oven at 180°C for 10 minutes ,
- Garnish with avocado, radish, mint leaves and serve
