This is a perfect Christmas recipe, defined by the combination of white chocolate and sweetened condensed milk with delectable glacé cherries and raw walnuts. It consists a perfect dessert for afternoon tea (try it with black tea perfumed with violet or bergamot flavour), it is a delicious treat for the guests of the season and all children enjoy its fruity taste!

- 400 g sweetened condensed milk ,
- 360 g white chocolate couverture ,
- 100 g butter ,
- 150 g glacé cherries ,
- 150 g raw walnuts ,
- 400 g petits-beurre biscuits

- In a large fry pan, put the sweetened condensed milk and the butter and place it over low heat for 3-4 minutes, until butter has melted but milk is not burnt. ,
- Using your hands, chop the white chocolate couverture into pieces and tip them in a large bowl. ,
- Pour the mixture of the fry pan inside the bowl with the white chocolate couverture. ,
- Fold with a rubber spatula until white chocolate couverture has melted and all ingredients are combined. ,
- Tip in the glacé cherries and the raw walnuts. ,
- Using your hands, chop the petits-beurre into pieces and add them to the bowl. ,
- Using a rubber spatula or your hands, fold the mixture until all ingredients are evenly distributed. ,
- Sit it on a sheet of baking paper and mould the mixture into a fat salami-like log. ,
- Transfer to the fridge and allow at least 2 hours to set. ,
- Optionally, decorate according to your own taste with melted white chocolate couverture and chocolate pearls.
