- 120 grams butter
- 60 grams dark brown sugar
- 60 grams granulated sugar
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 240 grams all-purpose flour
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- ¼ tsp kosher salt
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup white chocolate chips
- 30 grams chocolate

- In the bowl of an electric mixer fitted with the paddle attachment, cream together the sugars and butter for 5 minutes.
- Add in the egg and vanilla and beat on medium-high speed for another 5 minutes.
- Turn the mixer speed to low and add in the flour, baking powder and salt. Mix until well combined.
- Melt 30 g dark chocolate in double boiler and leave aside to cool down
- Divide the dough into two equal pieces
- Mix the melted chocolate to make a chocolate dough
- Shape the cookies by joining a piece from each dough to build an entire cookie
- Add the chocolate drops (white chocolate drops on the dark part and dark chocolate drops on the white part
- Bake for 8 minutes in a well preheated oven at 180°C
- Remove the cookies from the oven and allow to cool for a few minutes in the pan before serving.
