- 200 g self raising flour
- 150 g granulated sugar
- 140 g butter (at room temperature)
- 3 eggs
- 50 g pecans cut in small pieces
- 1 tablespoon instant coffee
- 1 pinch of salt

Directions

- Preheat oven to 180 ° in air.
- Grease and flour a cake tin or 6 small and set aside.
- Beat butter and sugar in a mixer with the feather until fluffy for at least 10 minutes.
- Remove the feather and add the wire on the mixer.
- Add the eggs one by one in the mixture.
- Add flour, pinch of salt, pecans and finally the coffee and stir well so that coffee is well dissolved.
- Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 45 minutes if you use a large cake pan or 30 minutes for smaller cake pans (like I did).
- Allow to cool and remove from pan.
