  • 50 g pecans cut in small pieces

  • 1 tablespoon instant coffee
  • ,

  • 1 pinch of salt

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 180 ° in air.
  • ,

  • Grease and flour a cake tin or 6 small and set aside.
  • ,

  • Beat butter and sugar in a mixer with the feather until fluffy for at least 10 minutes.

  • Remove the feather and add the wire on the mixer.

  • Add flour, pinch of salt, pecans and finally the coffee and stir well so that coffee is well dissolved.

  • Pour the mixture into the mold and bake for 45 minutes if you use a large cake pan or 30 minutes for smaller cake pans (like I did).

  • Allow to cool and remove from pan.

Tip: Decorate with chocolate icing and pecans
