10 mini oreo cookies
125 gr. butter (at room temperature )
100 gr. cream cheese (at room temperature )
1 cup brown sugar
2 vanilla
1 cup flour, all -purpose
Directions
Use a knife to cut the biscuits into small pieces. Don’t crush them in a blender because you will turn them to powder. Put them in the fridge . Preheat oven in air at 160 ° C.
In a bowl, mix the butter with the cream cheese. Add brown sugar and vanilla and mix well. Finally, add flour to the mix and stir in with a spoon.
Put parchment paper on a large shallow baking dish. Put ” bites ” of the dough and sprinkle with crushed cookies . Give them some distance because they will stretch while baking.
Bake for 15 at 160 ° C and leave them to cool on a rack .
