- 1 avocado ,
- 1/2 tomato ,
- 1 radish ,
- 1 tablespoon black olives ,
- 1 tablespoon pickles ,
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice ,
- Salt + pepper, at will

- Cut in half lagana. ,
- Cut the avocado in half, peel it, slice it and put it over the half lagana. ,
- Drizzle with lemon juice and add salt and pepper. ,
- Add the sliced tomato and the rest of the ingredients. ,
- Cover with the other lagana and serve.
