Breakfast on the go: Yogurt + Granola + Fruits

No need to whine that you do not have time to eat breakfast at home before going to work! Prepare right, make a breakfast ”to go” and start your day right in the car, at the bus stop or at the office!



Ingredients

For yoghurt Mix
    ,
  • 200 gr Yogurt (a small bowl)
  • ,
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ,
  • zest with 1 orange
  • ,
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
Set the jar
    ,
  • 100 gr cereal
  • ,
  • 100 gr fruit cut (I used figs and nectarines but you can use apple, banana, kiwi or whatever you want)

Instructions

    ,
  • In a bowl, put all the ingredients for the yogurt mix and mix well.
  • ,
  • In a glass jar, put half the amount of yoghurt and then add fruits.
  • ,
  • Then continue with some more yoghurt, the cereals and finish with yogurt and fruits.
