Raw, Vegetarian, Date Brownies (just 3 ingredients)

An easy, super healthy and super fast recipe that you can make using just one utensil: a blender.


  • 600 g pitted dates
  • 3 tablespoons tahini with cocoa
  • 2 tablespoons of cocoa 


  • Place all ingredients in blender and beat for a few minutes until you have a homogeneous mixture
  • Take the dough out and shape it with our hands as if you are making a big meatball.
  • Finally, put it on a baking sheet and use your hands or a rolling pin to give it the "shape" of brownies.

    Καλημερα!!!!φαινεται υπεροχη συνταγη!Μπορώ λέτε να βάλω απλό ταχίνι και να προσθέσω κακάο;

      Δυστυχώς, δεν θα βγει το ίδιο καλή η συνταγή με αυτή την τροποποίηση!
