MATCHA NINJA ENERGY BALLS

Small bites that give my body a “burst” of energy whenever I eat one.

And it is also delicious!

 

Ingredients

  • 50 gr almonds
  • 24 dried apricots
  • 20 gr unsweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 1 tablespoon matcha powder Matcha Ninja
 

Instructions

  • Combine the almonds, dried apricots, coconut flakes, melted coconut oil, and matcha powder into a food processor
  • Blend until well-combined. This should only take 30 seconds to one minute.
  • Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Continue doing this until the mixture has finished.
  • Keep in the refrigerator.
