Small bites that give my body a “burst” of energy whenever I eat one.
And it is also delicious!
- 50 gr almonds
- 24 dried apricots
- 20 gr unsweetened coconut flakes
- 1 tablespoon melted coconut oil
- 1 tablespoon matcha powder Matcha Ninja
- Combine the almonds, dried apricots, coconut flakes, melted coconut oil, and matcha powder into a food processor
- Blend until well-combined. This should only take 30 seconds to one minute.
- Take a tablespoon of the mixture and roll into a ball. Continue doing this until the mixture has finished.
- Keep in the refrigerator.
