- 500 g. cow butter, cut in small cubes
- 500 g. dark chocolate with 70% cocoa, chopped into small pieces
- 500 g. castor sugar
- 40 g. flour for all purpose
- 8 eggs
- 100 gr. peanuts
- Zest of two oranges

- Melt the chocolate with the butter in a double boiler, aka in a stainless steel bowl that is set over a pot of boiling water.
- The bowl must not touch the boiling water because our materials will be burn.
- Once melted remove the bowl from the pot, let it rest on a towel and while stirring constantly, pour in sugar, flour and lightly beaten eggs.
- Pour in the peanuts and the orange zest and stir.
- Preheat oven to 170°C.
- Pour the mixture into a round silicone pan 22 to 24 cm and transfer the pan in a a deep pan.
- Pour water into the bigger pan, so as to reach half the height of the silicon pan (this is a bain marie).
- Bake in the water for 50-60 minutes.
- Remove from the oven, transfer the form to a rack and allow the cake to cool completely before removing it.
- Use a tablespoon of powdered sugar, peanuts and orange peels for the food styling
