Everybody is drolling over peanut butter! You totally adore it. Maybe, is just that you don’t know it yet! Here you will find a super delicious way not to eat straight from the jar!

- 150gr. soft butter
- 115 gr. granulated sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/2 tsp almond flavoring
- 1 cup. chopped almonds
- 1 1/2 cups. flour, all-purpose
- 200 gr. peanut butter

- Beat butter and sugar in the mixer until they turn white and fluffy.
- Add egg yolk, almond flavoring, almonds and flour and mix them together.
- Place the mixture in the refrigerator for 2 hours until tight.
- Preheat oven to 160 °C.
- Cover a pan with baking sheet and mold the dough. It makes about 40 small balls.
- Transfer them to the baking sheet, leaving enough space between them, because they will rise during baking.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Remove them from the oven and leave them on a rack to cool.
- In order to set up the whoopie pies use peanut butter to connect each pair of cookies.
