- 220 g. sweet frumenty ,
- 2 medium potatoes cooked (not peeled) and melted with a fork (not mashed) ,
- 130 g. feta cheese ,
- 600 g. whole or goat milk (depending on frumenty may need additional milk) ,
- 2 eggs ,
- 80 g. oil ,
- lemon zest (1 lemon) ,
- 2 sticks fresh rosemary (chopped) ,
- (additional salt depending on cheese)

- Preheat oven to 180ºC. ,
- In a bowl mix well with hands all the ingredients. We want it to be something between sour cream and yogurt. ,
- Butter a pan 25x35 cm. ,
- Pour the mixture in pan. ,
- Bake for 50 minutes. The pie is ready when browns off full the surface. ,
- Serve warm.
