5 ingredients only Nutella cheesecake

Five ingredients only are enough to prepare a super duper cheesecake! A Nutella cheesecake, indeed, that it is the king of the cheesecakes…

Tip: Optionally, you may garnish it with chocolate ganache for extra choco-pleasure!

Ingredients

  • 300 ml cream (35% fat)
  • 300 g cream cheese
  • 400 g Nutella
  • 250 g biscuits
  • 100 g melted butter at room temperature
For the chocolate ganache
  • 150 ml cream (35% fat)
  • 200 g thinly chopped chocolate (60-70% cocoa)

Instructions

  • Blend the biscuits until completely ground.
  • Then, add the melted butter and stir until the mixture has the sense of wet sand.
  • Using the back side of a spoon, press the biscuit mixture to the bottom of a greased spring cake mould tin of 20 cm diameter, until it has stuck onto the bottom and its surface has evened.
  • Beat the cream until it has turned to Chantilly cream.
  • Add the cream cheese and the Nutella and stir properly with a spatula until all ingredients have evenly distributed.
  • Add it to the spring cake mould tin and transfer the tin to the fridge for at least 3 hours.
  • Optionally, prepare the ganache.
  • Add the chocolate to a bowl.
  • Heat the cream inside a small pot.
  • When it has started to boil and to gain size, pour it over the chocolate.
  • Cover the bowl for 1-2 minutes.
  • Then, stir with a rubber spatula until the two ingredients have evenly distributed.
  • Optionally, top the cheesecake with the chocolate ganache.
