- 100 gr melon (peeled and cut into pieces)
- 1 tablespoon Greek yogurt
- Juice of 1 lime
- A little lime zest
- 4-5 mint leaves
- 1 tablespoon honey or stevia

Directions
Place all other ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
(*Note: if this is not sweet enough for you, you can adjust by adding honey or stevia)
