Yogurt tart dought
Ingredients
500 gr . flour for all purposes
250 gr. butter at room temperature
200g . Greek yogurt
1/2 tsp salt
1 egg
Directions
Put all ingredients in a large bowl and mix well to make a big ball. Divide into smaller balls and press with your hand until they get flat. Wrap with cling film and leave in the fridge for at least 15 minutes. These ingredients make 2 large tarts , or 4 small.
Roll out the sheet and spread it into a size 22 cm tart pan. Pierce well with a fork . Leave it in the fridge until you prepare the filling.
For the filling
Ingredients
4 cups vegetables , peeled and diced (I used 1 cup of pea, 1 cup corn and 1 cup of beans)
1/2 onion
4 tbsp olive oil
4 tbsp flour
500 ml warm milk
salt and pepper
10 thin slices of sausage
Directions
Heat the oil and saute the onion. Once it gets a golden color, add the vegetables. You may also use leek, celery, zucchini or whatever else you want! Once the vegetables are cooked add the flour. Sprinkle and stir for 2 minutes to cook thoroughly. Stir in the hot milk. Add salt and pepper and allow to set.
Spread the filling over the sheet and then add the sausage.
Bake at 180 ° C for 40 minutes.
