Ιngredients
50 gr plain fat-free greek yogurt
1 banana, peeled, cut into chunks
5 strawberries, stems removed
1/2 lemon (just the juice)
1/6 cup skim milk or soy milk
1 tablespoon honey
1/3 cup ice
Directions
Gradually add all ingredients to the jar of a blender; puree until smooth.
