These gluten free christmas balls will make the best decoration on your festive dinner!
Ingredients
250 gr cream cheese
250 gr goat cheese
200 gr parmesan, grated
fresh rosemary, basil, thyme, finely chopped
Salt and pepper
Arils from one pomegranate
Directions
In mixer bowl (alternatively, you may do it by hand), combine all three cheeses and mix at low speed.
Pour the rosemary, basil, thyme, salt and pepper and mix well until combined .
Wrap the mixture in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile, take the arils of the pomegranate and spread on a plate.
Scoop the mixture from the refrigerator and make small balls. Roll them on the plate so that the pomegranate seeds stick on the truffles. You may need to fill in the blanks by hand in some places. Put back the truffles in the refrigerator and keep in mind that you need to take them out 20 minutes before serving.
