Words are unnecessary … The pizza finds its place in the dessert menu and finally comes the vindication of all foodies
Ingredients
For the dough:
250 gr. flour for pizza
1 tsp dry yeast
1 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
125 ml lukewarm water
For the filling:
Praline ( as needed to cover the surface of the pizza )
5 strawberries
Optionally you may also use hazelnuts and drops of white or dark chocolate .
Directions
Use large bowl to mix the flour with sugar , salt and yeast. Make a pit with a spoon and slowly add the olive oil and water. Mix by hand.
Add as much water as you need to make a dough that has taken the flour and does not stick to hands. Applies here , the general rule that if the dough is sticky, it takes a little more flour.
Leave the dough aside for 15-20 minutes to rest. Preheat oven to 180°C degrees .
Lay parchment paper on a baking pan and spread the dough with your hands, making small puddles with your fingers .
Bake the dough at 180°C degrees on air for 20 minutes or until golden brown .
Remove the pan from oven and spread the praline across the surface. You may add chocolate pearls and hazelnuts. Places the pan in the oven for 5-10 minutes on the grill at 180°C degrees . Remove it from the oven and add the sliced strawberries.
