- 600 g. flour
- 75 g. Water
- 100 g. Fresh yeast
- 150 g. Sugar
- 150 g. Butter
- 3 eggs
- 60 g. Candied fruit

Directions

- Put the flour on the counter and make a puddle.
- Ρub the yeast with your hands into the puddle and mix with the flour.
- Add butter and mix well.
- Add the sugar and stir. (Until now we have not put any liquid).
- Add the fruit and mix.
- Add eggs and water and knead until you make a dough that looks like the brioche dough.
- Grease two well rounded shapes with a diameter of 15 cm. And a height of 20 cm.
- Preheat the oven at 40 °C.
- Pour into the molds and wait for the dough to rise and double.
- Preheat oven to 140°C and bake for 40-45 minutes. When cooked and the press must return as pillow.
