  • 150 g. Butter

  • 3 eggs

  • 60 g. Candied fruit

Directions

  • Put the flour on the counter and make a puddle.
  • ,

  • Ρub the yeast with your hands  into the puddle and mix with the flour.
  • ,

  • Add butter and mix well.
  • ,

  • Add the sugar and stir. (Until now we have not put any liquid).
  • ,

  • Add the fruit and mix.
  • ,

  • Add eggs and water and knead until you make a dough that looks like the brioche dough.
  • ,

  • Grease two well rounded shapes with a diameter of 15 cm. And a height of 20 cm
  • ,

  • Preheat the oven at 40 °C.
  • ,

  • Pour into the molds and wait for the dough to rise and double.

  • Preheat oven to 140°C and bake for 40-45 minutes. When cooked and the press must return as pillow.
