- 1/2 cauliflower
- 300 gr cream cheese (or Greek Anthotiro if you may find it)
- 100 gr gruyere
- 100 gr gouda
- 190 g dried tomato pesto (tablespoons)
- 2 eggs
- 100 gr Yogurt

- Wash the cauliflower and chop into small pieces.
- Boil it for a few minutes and leave it aside.
- Beat the egg.
- In a large bowl, mix the cauliflower with yogurt, cheese, 2 eggs and the sun-dried tomato pesto.
- Fill the tart base (it’s better to bake the tart dough before filling it for a few minutes) and then bake for 45 minutes in a well preheated oven at 180 °C.
