This Spring tart is ideal for any festive meal.
Ingredients
For spinach pesto-

- 2 cups spinach ,
- 2 garlic cloves ,
- 1/4 cup cashews ,
- 2 teaspoon lemon juice ,
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest ,
- 1/3 cup parmesan ,
- salt-pepper ,
- 1/3 cup olive oil

- 200 g. cheese, grated ,
- 100 g. feta cheese, thick broken ,
- 100 g. gruyere, grated ,
- 100 g. ladotiri from Mytilene (grated) ,
- 150 g. strained yogurt ,
- 100 g. spinach pesto ,
- 10 cherry tomatoes ,
- 1 egg ,
- 1 tablespoon sweet paprika ,
- freshly grounded pepper
Instructions
For spinach pesto-

- In multi mix together spinach, garlic, cashews, lemon, lemon zest and parmesan. Mix until spinach melt. ,
- Add salt, pepper and oil and mix together until homogenous mixture.

- In a bowl put all the ingredients but cherry tomatoes and mix well. ,
- After baking the tart put filling in it, put cherry tomatoes on top and sprinkle with olive oil. ,
- Bake in preheated oven to 180ºC for 30 minutes.
