Fresh Greek greens perfectly combined with my favorite cheese from the island of Tinos in a tart recipe.

- 500 g. chard (the weight of all chards after cleaning) ,
- 500 g. greens (chicory, sowthistle, etc.) ,
- 500 g. kafkalithres ,
- 1 onion, finely chopped ,
- 2-3 spring onions ,
- ½ glass olive oil ,
- ½ glass homemade tomato sauce or biological tomato pulp ,
- salt ,
- 300 g. kopanisti cheese from Tinos ,
- 6 small rectangular cream cheese

- Pour olive oil in a wide saucepan and saute onions and spring onions over high heat. ,
- Add greens, coarsely chopped by hand. Cover the saucepan with a lid, lower heat and let greens wilt for about 10 minutes. ,
- Add tomato sauce, salt and water (about half a cup), mix well with a fork and cover the saucepan. Let greens simmer over medium heat for about half an hour. ,
- Add cheese and stir. ,
- After baking the tart fill with the green mixture and put cream cheese pieces on top. ,
