Ingredients

  • 1 cup of tea butter at room temperature
  • ,
  • cups of tea sugar
  • ,
  • 6 eggs
  • ,
  • 1/2 cup of tea fresh milk
  • ,
  • 2 vanillas
  • ,
  • 1 cup of tea cocoa tea (unsweetened)
  • ,
  • 2 cups of tea self rising flour
  • ,
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ,
  • 200 g chocolate chunks

Instructions

  • Sieve all dry ingredients, vanilla, cocoa, flour, salt, into the mixer.
  • ,
  • Add the remaining ingredients: butter, sugar, eggs, milk, chocolate chunks.
  • ,
  • Beat all ingredients at low speed for 2 minutes until you have a homogenous mixture.
  • ,
  • Beat for 2 more minutes at high speed.
  • ,
  • Grease and flour the molds for the cakes.
  • ,
  • Pour the mixture and bake in the last rack of the oven at 180 ’C for 30-35 until they rise and get nice color.
  • ,
  • Let the cakes on a rack to cool thoroughly for 10 minutes and the remove from the pan.
