Chicken Avocado salad with Lime dressing

This is something between a salad and a proper meal! It has all you need for a warm fall lunch break!

Chicken Avocado salad


1 chicken fillet

1/4 Avocado


Parmigiano Reggiano flakes

Cut the chicken into thin slices and bake until golden brown. Cut the avocado into thin slices. Set up the dish putting the rocket first, then avocado and then the chicken. Leave the parmesan last.

Lime dressing Ingredients:
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 garlic clove, crushed
salt and pepper

Mix all together until the sugar has dissolved then serve over salad.
