- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 garlic clove, cut in thin slices
- 200g parmesan
- 200g gruyere
- 200 cream
- 6 large shrimp
- 1 green pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- pepper
- olive oil for Stir Fry Cooking

Directions

- Saute the onion and garlic.
- Once they get a nice golden color, add the cream fresh and cheese and mix well.
- Add pepper and bring to medium heat for a few minutes.
- Fill the tarts with the cheese filing and put on top of each tart a slice of pepper and a prawn.
- Use a brush to cover each shrimp with a little olive oil to avoid burning.
- Bake in a well preheated oven at 180°C for 20 minutes.
