- 500 gr. spaghetti
- 8 Frankfurters
- Salt
- Freshly grated parmesan
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 200 gr. Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto (Click here to see my recipe for homemade sun-dried tomato pesto)

- Cut frankfurters into 3 cm long pieces.
- Pass the spaghetti with caution through each piece of sausage.
- In each “skewer” you put 3-4 pieces of sausage.
- Boil the “skewers” in plenty of salted water.
- It will take a few minutes longer than than what it says on the package. In my case, the package instruction said 6 minutes and so I left it for 9′.
- Boil the pasta, drain, rinse under running tap water and saute in pan with butter.
- In the same pan, add the sun-dried tomato pesto.
- Serve immediately with freshly grated parmesan
