For the cake

- 100 gr . raising flour
- 150 gr. sugar
- 1 vanilla
- 1 tsp bakin powder
- 5 eggs
- 3 tbsp cocoa
- 2 tablespoons water

For the filling

- 500 gr . mascarpone
- 300 gr. nutella

Directions

- Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
- Mix the flour with the bakin powder and cocoa.
- If you want to make the cake fluffier sift the mixture.
- Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and water until you have a fluffy mixture.
- Put a baking sheet in a 26 cm mold or pan , pour the mixture in and bake for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool and then carefully cut horizontally.
- Mix well the mascarpone with nutella.
- Place on a platter one piece cake.
- Put aside your 1/3 of the cream and then cover it with another piece of cake.
- Spread with 1/3 cream cake and garnish as you desire.
- I choose to garnish with hazelnuts.
