  • 5 eggs

  • 3 tbsp cocoa
  • ,

  • 2 tablespoons water

For the filling

    ,

  • 500 gr . mascarpone
  • ,

  • 300 gr. nutella

Directions

  • Preheat oven to 175 degrees.
  • ,

  • Mix the flour with the bakin powder and cocoa.
  • ,

  • If you want to make the cake fluffier sift the mixture.
  • ,

  • Beat the eggs with the sugar, vanilla and water until you have a fluffy mixture.
  • ,

  • Put a baking sheet in a 26 cm mold or pan , pour the mixture in and bake for 30 minutes.
  • ,

  • Allow to cool and then carefully cut horizontally.
  • ,

  • Mix well the mascarpone with nutella.
  • ,

  • Place on a platter one piece cake.
  • ,

  • Put aside your 1/3 of the cream and then cover it with another piece of cake.
  • ,

  • Spread with 1/3 cream cake and garnish as you desire.
  • ,

  • I choose to garnish with hazelnuts.
