The moment I discovered this recipe, every pastry rule collapsed before my eyes! This recipe is so simple and fast that can fit in just one tweet! I now make them every week and I even do a double dose to have at them at breakfast or take then with me at work.

Ingredients

  • 2 bananas
  • ,

  • 1  1/ 2 cup of your favorite muesli mix

Directions

    ,

  • Peel the bananas and chop with a fork.
  • ,

  • Add the muesli mix and stir in to make a homogeneous mixture.
  • ,

  • Use a spoon to make small bites and array onto a grease-proof paper.
  • ,

  • Bake in preheated oven at 180°C for 12 minutes.

Tip: Except from muesli mix, you may use oats or your favorite cereal. You may even make your own muesli mix with oats, almonds, berries, dried fruit and chocolate chips.
