300g dark chocolate
8 tablespoons sugar
Zest of 2 limes
Melt the chocolate in double boiler with the butter and stir constantly until the mixture gets homogenous. Leave it aside to cool down. Beat the egg whites until they turn to a fluffy meringue and add sugar gradually. In another bowl mix the egg yolks with the lime zest and then add the chocolate slowly. Stir gently and add gradually the meringue to the chocolate mixture. Put the mousse in glass cups, cover them and let them cool for at least 6 hours.
