This one will become your favorite for “impromptu” last minute Sunday lunches!
250 gr feta
250g cream cheese
herbs (mint, basil or whatever else you like)
- Beat first 3 ingredients at medium speed with an electric mixer until well combined. Cover mixture tightly, and chill at least 1 hour.
- To roast the hazelnut you have to let it for a few minutes on a hot nonstick pan. You will not need any oil. You have to let it cool before move on to the next step.
- Roll cheese mixture into 3/4-inch-round balls. Roll each ball in roasted hazelnut. Serve immediately, or cover and chill until ready to serve. If chilled, let stand 30 minutes before serving.
