- 1/2 package wide rectangular pasta for lasagna
- 100 grams. butter
- 100 grams. flour
- 500 ml milk
- 1/2 onion cut into cubes
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- salt
- white pepper
- 200 g Parmesan
- 200 g mozzarella
- 200 g blue cheese optional
- 1 sausage cut into thin slices
- 100 g dried tomatoes

Directions

- Boil pasta in salted water
- Butter a baking pan for muffins.
- Lay each muffin-case with a the lasagna pasta.
- Heat the milk.
- In saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
- Add the flour and whisk for a few minutes so the flour is cooked.
- Pour some hot milk and stir well to dissolve the flour.
- Add the remaining milk.
- Return the pan to the heat and let the cream thicken, stirring regularly with a wire.
- Add salt and pepper and grate in the nutmeg.
- Saute the chopped onion with the spices and then add the chopped sausage and sun dried tomatoes.
- Once cooked add the cream and then add the cheese.
- Fill the muffin pan with the mixture and bake for 40 minutes at 180°C until they get a nice golden color.
