- 150 g low-fat Greek yoghurt
- 100ml of semi-skimmed milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon (or to taste)

Directions
Place all other ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.
(*Note: if this is not sweet enough for you, you can adjust by adding honey or stevia)
