- 280 g butter cow
- 150g caster sugar
- 2 eggs
- 50 g cocoa
- 50 ml orange juice
- Zest of one orange
- 500 g kourabiedes (crushed)

Directions

- Melt butter on medium heat.
- Pour the icing sugar and cocoa and mix.
- Remove from heat and when the temperature drops pour in the two eggs, beaten.
- Add the zest and orange juice and kourabiedes.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking sheet, wrap it like candy and refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving.
