For the tart

250 gr. flour, all-purpose sifted
100 gr. cold butter, cut into cubes
100 gr. castor sugar
2 egg
3-4 drops vanilla

For the filling

200 gr. butter into pieces
300 gr. black chocolate
50 gr. sugar
2 eggs
2 egg yolks
2 tablespoons strawberry liqueur
2 pinches of salt
150 gr. strawberry jam (click here for the simple strawberry jam recipe)

Food styling
Strawberries
2 tablespoons white chocolate ganache

Directions
Mix flour with the butter in the mixer, add sugar and stir. Add egg yolks and vanilla. Make a homogeneous mixture and press the dough with your hands to give it flat shape. Then wrap with cling film and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 170°C and grease a 23cm tart

Roll out the dough and lay in the tart pan. Cut the edges and put it back in the refrigerator for 20 minutes.

Then cover with foil and put over rice or pulses. Bake for 20 minutes or until the sides get a nice  golden brown color.

Make the filling.

Melt the chocolate and butter in a double boiler over low heat. Mix the egg yolks, sugar, and salt in a bowl. Add the liqueur and stir. Add the melted chocolate and mix with a spatula.

Fill the tart with strawberry jam, add the chocolate filling and bake for 16-18 minutes. Allow to cool well and decorate with strawberries and white chocolate ganache.
