- 2 cups self raising flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 pinch salt
- 3/4 cup milk
- 125 grams butter at room temperature
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 300 gr . blueberries ( fresh or frozen)
- 4 tbsp yogurt

Directions

- In a deep bowl mix the flour, baking powder and salt.
- In the mixer bowl, beat the butter and sugar until fluffy.
- Pour in one egg.
- Add the flour and the milk.
- Finally add the yogurt, the berries and gently stir the mixture.
- Place the mixture in ramekins or aluminum trays and fill in up to 2/3.
- Preheat oven to 160 ° C and bake for about 20 minutes.
- Remove them from the oven, allow to cool and serve.
