• 1 kg self rising flour

• 200 gr yogurt

• 250 gr butter

Directions

• We have all the ingredients at room temperature.

• Put in a bowl and mix well.

• Make an elastic dough.

• Spread with a rolling pin, and then cut  thin stripswith a knife.

• Wrap the sausages with the dough leaving a small gap.

• Bake in preheated oven at 180 ° C for 20 minutes.

• It makes around 50 hot dogs.
