This is the perfect green splash for my breakfast after the Xmas eating irregularities!
Ingredients
2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 cucumber
1/2 lemon
A small piece of ginger
200g. yogurt
2 tablespoons sweetener stevia
Directions
Place all ingredients in blender and whip until the mixture becomes smooth and homogeneous. During the summer you may add ice cubes.
Drink RIGHT AWAY
