- 60 g. chocolate
- 100 g. cream fresh light
- zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon instant coffee
- 1 pinch salt

Directions

- In a small saucepan, heat the cream just before it reaches the boiling point.
- Melt the chocolate in a bain–marie.
- Add half cream in chocolate and mix with a pastry spatula until completely incorporated.
- Repeat the process with the remaining cream
- Add the zest, cinnamon, coffee and salt and mix well.Optionally garnish with whipped cream.
