I love chicken loaf! I could cook it every day of the year and come up with 365 different ideas! This one is among my favorite classics, cooked with oranges and thyme!
1 Chicken loaf (around 700 gr / I love the ones filled with Italian ham)
500 gr potatoes, cut in smal bites
Salt / Pepper
1 tsp honey
2 tsp mustard
You will need a big size pan. First put the olive oil and the the chicken loaf. Surround it with the potatoes. Add salt, pepper, thyme, honey and mustard. In the end pour the juice of the oranges and some extra olive oil. Bake it for an hour at 180°C.
Extra Tip: To avoid getting the chicken burnt cover it with some orange slices.
