Simple but festive, this one will make your Xmas table even more special!
Ingredients
Your favorite greens (I prefer lollo verde, lollo rosso, rocket, lettuce)
walnuts
1/2 apple
5 prosciutto slices
1/3 pomegranate
For the french dressing
¼ clove garlic
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
2 tablespoons white or red wine vinegar
6 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 pinch sea salt
1 pinch freshly ground black pepper
Directions
Peel and finely chop ¼ of a clove of garlic. Put all the ingredients in a jam jar, put the lid on the jar and shake well.
In a large salad bowl mix all the salad ingredients (leave some for the food styling on top) and then pour the dressing from a height and gently toss the leaves, using the tips of your fingers, until every single leaf is coated.
