Banana and Pomegranate Breakfast Recipe

  • ½ pomegranate (keep a few seeds for topping)
  • ,

  • 1 banana
  • ,

  • 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter
  • ,

  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • ,

  • Oats or energy nut mix for topping

Directions

Place all other ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in a glass and add more oats or (and) energy nut mix and a little pomegranate on top.

(*Note: if this is not sweet enough for you, you can adjust by adding honey or stevia)
