- ½ pear
- ½ pomegranate (keep a few seeds for topping)
- 1 banana
- 1 tablespoon of peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Oats or energy nut mix for topping

Directions
Place all other ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth. Serve in a glass and add more oats or (and) energy nut mix and a little pomegranate on top.
(*Note: if this is not sweet enough for you, you can adjust by adding honey or stevia)
