Super easy, super fast, super greek!
400 grams of spinach blanched
400 grams feta cheese chopped
2 onions, chopped
200 ml cream
Olive Oil for cooking
Herbs of your preference (thyme, basil)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Butter a 32 cm round pan. Finely chop the spinach and sauté in a large pan with a little olive oil . Crumble the fetacheese over the spinach and add the chopped onion. In another bowl, beat the cream with the eggs. Add the spinach and the the remaining herbs in the mixture. Mix well. Transfer to a silicone or greased baking pan.
Bake in preheated oven for 30-35 minutes. Then flip the tart and bake the other side for an additional 20 minutes.
