Υλικά
250 γρ φρέσκο σπανάκι
1/2 μήλο
100 γρ σολομού
100 γρ αμύγδαλα
Για το dressing
2 κουταλάκι του γλυκού ελαιόλαδο
1 κουταλάκι του γλυκού χυμό μήλου
αλάτι
Φρεσκοτριμμένο πιπέρι
Κρέμα μπαλσάμικο ξύδι
Εκτέλεση
Κόψε 1/2 μήλο σε λεπτές φέτες. Σε ένα μεγάλο μπολ βάλε το σπανάκι και στη συνέχεια το σολομό, τα αμύγδαλα, και τέλος τις φέτες μήλου. Για το dressing ανακατεύουμε όλα τα υλικά εκτός από την κρέμα βαλσάμικου. Ανακατεύουμε το dressing με τη σαλάτα και τέλος ρίχνουμε την κρέμα βαλσάμικου.

250 gr fresh spinach
1/2 apple
100 gr salmon
100 gr almonds
For the dressing
2 tsp olive oil
1 tsp apple juice
Salt
Fresh grounded pepper
Balsamic vinegar cream
Directions
Cut 1/2 apple in thin slices. In a large bowl put the spinach, then the salmon, the almonds, and last the apple slices. Fot the dressing mix all ingredients except from the balsamic vinegar cream. Pour the dressing over the salad and finally pour the balsamic vinegar cream.
